Krav Maga (contact combat) was born from the street-fighting experience of Hungarian-Israeli Imi Lichtenfeld. The discipline has developed into a military self-defence and fighting system that is used by the Israeli Security and Defense Forces. The emphasis is on simplicity and efficiency in dealing with attacker/s, utilising techniques sourced from boxing, wrestling, aikido, judo and karate.
Si vis pacem, para bellum (If you want peace, prepare for war).
